All orders are sent 48hr tracked via Royal Mail. Unless you have ordered small items which will either be sent 48hr or 1st/2nd class.
If you wish to upgrade to next day please message us via this platform or via our email address [email protected] and we will do what we can to accomodate the request.
Any orders sent back to us due to no answer/non collection will result in a further postage fee which will need to be covered by yourself.
Any delays with Royal Mail are totally out of our control. Please contact me via email if you would like to track your order which I will be happy to assist.
Returns / Refunds
We do not accept refunds/returns unless your items are damaged/faulty or announced lost by Royal Mail. We also do not allow any cancellations of orders once placed.
Please inspect your FULL order within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Once you have reported any damages/faults you will be asked for images and may be asked for them to be returned.
Any items that arrive to you damaged will be sent back out to you again or refunded Please provide me with images on your damaged goods and packaging.
Returns must be in the original packaging and in the same state you received in. If you send without the original packaging you won't receive a refund. Once we have the items back and they are approved we will then process your refund
If your order is delayed by Royal Mail or tracking hasn't updated unfortunately this is out of our control. Your items won't be replaced/refunded until declared lost by Royal Mail and they have provided us with a refund for your order
Any rude messages will automatically result into your order being refunded and not sent out. You will also have any future orders cancelled and you will be blocked from contacting us.
Lost Mail (Royal Mail)
Royal Mail declare lost parcels after 10 working days, once your parcel is declared lost we will automatically file a refund claim with Royal Mail and inform you of the situation. Unfortunately you will need to wait until Royal Mail process is complete and compensated before any refund or replacement orders sent.
